Carta - Stock Comp Expense Calculations

Hi All,
Does anyone using Carta have performance-based ISOs? We have run into an issue where Carta isn’t able to provide stock option expense calculations (specifically performance-based ISOs). I’d like to hear how others are dealing with this. We are exploring either moving to a new vendor for equity management or potentially an outside system specifically for the stock comp expense calculations. If anyone has gone through this or has any insight I’d be interested to hear your experience.

Hi Kelley! I’m not aware of other customers who use Carta to be able to loop into this thread, but I did get some recommendations from our TriNet Equity Plans Administration Manager on other vendors who may be able to assist with these kinds of calculations:
